Following  on from the success of our event in September 2025. The Harold Wood Foundation is delighted to welcome back
renowned guest speaker Patrick Regan OBE. to a mens event entitled “brighter days” Patrick a successful author, knighted by
 the late Queen Elizabeth ll for his contributions to Justice and Wellbeing. The event

will be focusing on building resilience, managing stress and moving forward in life. There will be limited availability and tickets
can be obtained via Eventbrite.
